Our 2018/2019 St. Jude Dream Home Showplace, lovingly named the “Hope House”.
This beautiful home, built as a compassionate collaboration with Magruder Homes and Pitman Custom Homes, has a beautiful story to tell. In August 2018, the Magruder's and the Pitman's began a partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to build a home through community donations, local trade partner contributions and national sponsors.
They were able to donate $535,000 (the full sales price of the home) to St. Jude! Our national sponsors have poured the best products into the “Hope House”. This home features top of the line Bosch appliances including a state of the art coffee bar and espresso machine, the highest finishes in design from Shaw Floors, Brizo provided luxury plumbing fixtures, and Trane provided a smart system A/C that reduces allergens by 99.98%. The “Hope House” features a sprawling 2971 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, open study and large upstairs bonus room in the brand new, breathtaking subdivision of Mission Ranch.
The collaborative work on the “Hope House” was an amazing experience for all involved, but it was only the beginning - there are more stories to be told!
